Garden Bundles Guide for South Florida

How our three install packages compare — what's included, who each fits, and how to pick the right one for your yard. Every bundle is installed by our farm crew across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the rest of South Florida.

Why we built the bundles

Most South Florida homeowners want the same thing: a yard that produces real food, looks beautiful, and doesn't require a landscape architect to plan. We packaged the three installs we do most often into fixed-price bundles so you know exactly what you're getting — soil, plants, layout, and labor all included.

Every bundle starts with an organic soil and mulch refresh, plants acclimated to our climate, and a same-day install by the same crew that maintains the farm.

How to pick the right bundle

Start with the space, not the price. A patio or townhome yard rarely needs more than Yung Forest — one well-placed raised bed and three dwarf fruit trees will out-produce a cluttered install every time. Suburban yards with room for two beds and a small pollinator garden are the sweet spot for Living Landscape. If you have a half acre or more and want a true edible landscape with pathways and borders, Elite Compound is built for that.

Add-ons worth considering

  • Bi-weekly Maintenance$100/month. 6-month contract, 50% up front.
  • Irrigation$400. Full automatic watering system install.

In our climate, irrigation pays for itself the first dry season — established trees and beds need consistent water to set fruit. Bi-weekly maintenance keeps the food forest producing without weekend yard work.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Yung Forest, Living Landscape, and Elite Compound?

Yung Forest ($750) is the starter sanctuary — 3 fruit trees and one 4×8 raised bed planted with five seasonal veggies. Living Landscape ($1,150) adds a second raised bed, two more fruit trees, and pollinator plants. Elite Compound ($2,050) is the full transformation: 8 fruit trees, three raised beds, 5 pollinator plants, and decorative rocks, pathways, and borders.

Which bundle should I pick for a small yard in Miami or Fort Lauderdale?

Townhomes, condos, and yards under a quarter acre usually fit Yung Forest comfortably. A single raised bed plus three dwarf fruit trees produces serious food without overwhelming the space. Move up to Living Landscape if you want two beds running on a staggered planting schedule for year-round harvest.

Do the bundles include soil, mulch, and planting?

Yes. Every bundle starts with an organic soil and mulch refresh, and we plant and style every tree, bed, and pollinator plant ourselves. You get a producing garden the day we leave — no separate landscaper or soil delivery to coordinate.

Can I add irrigation or ongoing maintenance?

Yes. A full automatic irrigation install runs $400, and bi-weekly maintenance is $100/month on a 6-month contract (50% up front). Most clients add maintenance on the larger bundles so the food forest keeps producing without weekend yard work.

Do you install bundles outside Miami-Dade and Broward?

We serve the South Florida coast from Palm Beach down through the Keys. Travel beyond our standard service area is quoted during your free consultation.

How long does a bundle install take?

Yung Forest is usually a one-day install. Living Landscape and Elite Compound run one to two days depending on access and soil conditions. We always pick a window before the rainy season hits hardest so plants get established quickly.
